Responsible, enthusiastic volunteers are needed to help provide a safety education program for preschool children. Volunteers lead a variety of activities including arts and crafts, games, songs, outdoor and other recreational activities designed to teach children 4-6 years of age how to be safe while still having lots of fun!

Garden Home: Work with children ages 5-10. Outgoing personality a must! A unique skill to share with kids is preferred (playing a musical instrument, art, sports, singing, dancing, gymnastics, etc.). Application process for Garden Home closed for this year.
Conestoga: Assist children ages 6-13 as they enjoy their summer sports camps, including traditional sports like football, cheer, softball, baseball, soccer, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and saber fencing as well as other fun activities including backyard BBQ games, playground games, Pokemon GO, Jedi Training, wet n' wild games and so much more!
Athletic Center: Assist Athletic Center camp staff during organized camp activities. Help camp participants (ages 5-13) into groups, join into games, set up games and activities and help lead games.

The 2017 LITE volunteer leadership program teaches youth the essential skills needed to volunteer for our aquatic and natural resources summer camps.
If you enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude, this may be the program for you. Through this program you can gain valuable work experience while earning community service hours required for school and college admissions.
