We make it easy for corporate and community volunteer teams to get involved in the community in a meaningful and constructive way. Our staff coordinates all logistics, supplies, and tools needed for these projects.
Benefits of team building projects at THPRD:
We help you build corporate social responsibility and maintain optimum employee performance through team-building activities. Employees who participate in team-building activities are proven to be more productive.
Typical team building activities scheduled throughout the year include gardening at the beautiful Jenkins Estate, restoring the natural areas of a park near you, decorating for holiday events, and serving the community in many other leadership roles.
Team building activities are scheduled weekdays during regular business hours, 8 am - 5 pm, with teams of five or more volunteers working together 2-4 hours.
Volunteers meet at the activity site and work side by side with our staff (and often our education partners) on activities that will make a difference in our community.
Activities are completed in one day. Volunteers can participate in the morning or afternoon.
If you would like to get involved or have any questions about our team-building opportunities, please contact Debra Fife, Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator, at 503-645-6433 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
