A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, will be held on May 19, 2021, at 6:00 pm for approval of the budget. In response to the current health emergency resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings are being held electronically.
The meeting will be available for viewing via the District's scheduled YouTube channel: May 19, 2021 https://youtu.be/s0Rt9uHDNHM. The meeting will also be recorded and available via a link on the district website at www.thprd.org no later than 5 business days following the meeting.
Public comment will be taken in written and phone in format. Written comments received by 5 pm on May 18, 2021 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting on May 19, 2021. Comments by phone will be taken on a scheduled basis during the public comment section of the May 19, 2021 meeting.
Comments, both written and phone-in, will be subject to a three-minute limit per community member. Public comment for the May 19, 2021 meeting must be scheduled no later than 5 pm on May 18, 2021.

These are public meetings where deliberation of the budget committee will take place. Any person may provide comment at the meetings.
