This class also works on conditioning and strength building as well as increasing flexibility training.
Finding the Right Class
Instructors will assess and confirm each gymnast is registered in the appropriate class level by the end of the second class. Safety is our highest priority. If your child needs to switch levels, we will make every attempt to place them accordingly. If space in the appropriate level is unavailable, you may drop and receive a credit.
This helps to ensure that each class member is experiencing success and working at the same skill level. This provides a positive environment for all.
