Fitness Equipment Rentals:
Do your favorite workouts from home with our equipment on loan for just $15/month!
Tone Kit: 1 foam mat, 2 sets of DB’s (3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs are choices), 1 yoga block, 2 sizes of resistance band with handles (light, medium, hard).
Strength Kit: 1 bar, two collars, and 6 weight plates.

All Inclusive Cross Country:
Calling all Middle Schoolers! Come join THPRD’s new all-inclusive cross-country conditioning. This is free to all and ends November 25th. No registration required.
Train every Monday and Wednesday from 3:30-4:30pm at THPRD’s Westside Trail or Rock Creek Trail. For Westside Trail-Meet at the intersection of Village Lane and 160th ave. For Rock Creek Trail-Meet at Bethany Lake Parkon185th. Groups will be gathered in no more than 10 of similar ability or you can attend virtually. With multiple trail options, you’ll have fun working towards setting a new personal best. The program will be held outdoors, rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. Activities will include warm-up, running games, conditioning, and stretching.
Masks will be encouraged along with observed physical distancing guidelines. We hope to see you out on the trails!
