We've got your family covered with spring break camps. From sporty to outdoorsy, there’s something for every kid (ages 4-13). And with multiple locations around Beaverton, you’ll find one close by.
Fun in the Sun Spring Break Camp • Typically from 7:30 am - 6 pm
We're bringing the beach to us this week with a ton of fun spring break activities! In addition to all our usual amazing adventures and activities, each day we'll have a fun theme with a small prize for the most popular look.
Garden Home Recreation Center
Spring Break Camp • Typically from 8 am - 6 pm Join us for a spring adventure! Camp includes crafts, games, sports, and more! Campers bring a lunch, drink, and two (2) daily snacks.
Tualatin Hills Nature Center
Camp Wild Things: Pups, Cubs, and Kits • Typically for 4-6 yrs from 9 am - 12 pm Build your child's sense of wonder about nature and invite them to explore wildlife and the world around them. Games, songs, new friends, crafts, and adventure make this a good camp for young children. Campers need to dress for the weather and bring a snack, a bottle of water, and a small backpack each day. Whether born or hatched, fuzzy or feathered, animal babies are adorable. Explore the lives of young animals and the many ways they survive and are cared for.
Mini Nature Camp: Woodland Critters • Typically for 6-9 yrs from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Mini Nature Camps are half-day camps for elementary-age children filled with fun and adventure. Create crafts, play games, make new friends, and explore the trails and habitats of the park. Campers need to bring a snack, a bottle of water, and a small backpack each day. Crawl on the earth like a salamander, use your deer ears to amplify your sense of hearing, and camouflage like an owl to hide in plain sight. Experience nature like a wild animal!
Wild Adventures Camp: Extreme Animals • Typically for 6-9 yrs from 8:30 am - 4 pm
Wild Adventures Camps are full-day camps for elementary-age children filled with discovery, fun, and wild adventures. Play nature games, make new creations, and explore the trails and habitats of the park with brand new friends. Bring a lunch, drinking water, two snacks, and a backpack daily. Dress for the weather. Camps are held at the Cooper Mountain Nature Park. Learn about the stickiest, the fastest, and all the other animal superheroes of the natural world. Discover the amazing ways animals have found to get what they need to survive.
Nature Explorers Camp: Wilderness Explorers • Typically for 7-13 yrs from 8:30 am - 4 pm
Nature Explorers Camp is a great way to make new friends and have fun while discovering nature. Expand your science knowledge, learn about plants and animals, and hike two to five miles daily. Bring a lunch, drinking water, two snacks, and a backpack daily. Dress for the weather. Camps are held at the Tualatin Hills Nature Center. Let's get out and enjoy the great outdoors together! We'll learn ways to survive in the wilderness, track and journal the local wildlife we see, and get dirty playing out in nature everywhere we explore!
