Take a self-guided tour of the Jenkins Estate grounds and explore nearly two miles of trails.
The Jenkins Estate is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Jenkins Estate is a beautiful, historical 68-acres estate dating back to the early 20th century. Visitors and the surrounding community have enjoyed breathtaking views of gardens and walking paths with nearly two miles of trails on a self-guided tour.
THPRD started a concept plan process in summer 2017 to help guide the activities, uses and goals of the Jenkins Estate. The plan will assess the community needs for recreation, historic preservation, natural resource preservation, stewardship and discuss future use opportunities.
A second community conversation will be held on June 13, 2018 to continue the conversation on the needs and interests of community users. Prior to the open house, community members and the nearby neighborhoods of the Jenkins Estate can provide feedback through an informational survey by clicking here.
June 13 Community Conversation
We will continue the community conversation to discuss the how the estate is currently used and assess opportunities for new activities will be held on Wednesday, June 13 from 6-8 PM at the Main House at the Jenkins Estate.
THPRD staff members will be present to answer questions and hear your input.
